Paper Submission Guidelines

Originality and Scope

  • Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers, review papers, case studies, and innovative practices related to the conference themes.
  • Submitted manuscripts must not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Papers should align with one of the conference tracks and contribute to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), innovation, policy, technology, environment, social sciences, management, health, education, or interdisciplinary research.

Language: English
File Format: MS Word (.doc/.docx)
Paper Length: Full Paper: 4–8 Pages
Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
Line Spacing: 1.5
Margins: 1 Inch on All Sides
Page Size: A4

Paper Structure

The manuscript should include

  2. 2. Author Name(s) and Affiliation(s)
  3. 3. Corresponding Author Email
  4. 4. Abstract (200–300 Words)
  5. 5. Keywords (4–6)
  6. 6. Introduction
  7. 7. Literature Review
  8. 8. Methodology
  9. 9. Results and Discussion
  10. 10. Conclusion and Future Scope
  11. 11. Acknowledgements (if applicable)
  12. 12. References

Citation Style

  • APA 7th Edition (preferred) or IEEE style, depending on the discipline.
  • All references must be cited in the text.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of references.

Plagiarism Policy

  • Similarity Index must not exceed 15%.
  • No single source similarity should exceed 5%.
  • All submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection software.
  • Papers violating publication ethics will be rejected.

Review Process

  • All submissions will undergo a Double-Blind Peer Review process

Submission Procedure

  • Submit manuscripts through the official conference designated email: submission_icrisd2026@apexmail.in
  • The corresponding author will receive all communication regarding review and acceptance.

Presentation Requirement

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference.
  • Accepted papers must be presented either:
    • In-person
    • Online

Publication Opportunity

  • Accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in:
    • Conference Proceedings
    • Edited Books
    • Scopus/ Web of Science indexed journals (subject to editorial review and publisher policies).
